Indian Premier League is the most popular cricket league in the world and it is back! IPL 2019 is different, as it has come along with the Indian general elections this year. So BCCI(the Board of Control for Cricket in India) initially announced only a part of the tournament. But now the IPL 2019 complete updated schedule is here. Also, immediately after the IPL 2019, we are having ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.
So it will be interesting to watch how international players will manage their World Cup preparations. No international team would like to see their star players get injured during the IPL and affect their World Cup plans.

IPL 2019 Tournament Complete Updated Schedule:
IPL 2019, as always, is a round robin tournament, where 8 teams play against each other in the league stage. Every team will play with the same opponent team twice, once at the home ground and once at the opponent team’s home ground.
Finally, the top four teams will compete to enter the finals. We will have two qualifiers and one eliminator before the final match of IPL 2019.
IPL playoff match schedule for qualifier and eliminator was announced April 22. So now the 1st qualifier will take place in Chennai, while 2nd qualifier and 1st eliminator will take place in Vizag. Also, the venue for the Final is changed from Chennai to Hyderabad, due to some issue with some of the stands in Chennai’s MA Chidambaram stadium.
